Ingredients:

 

Peanut Butter Icing:

-1 cup of butter, softened

-1 cup of creamy peanut butter

-4 cups of powdered sugar

-1/4 cup of milk

-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

 

Triple Fudge Cake:

-Devil's Food cake mix

-1 box(5.9 oz) chocolate pudding

-1 cup of sour cream

-1 cup of oil

-4 eggs

-1/2 cup of water

-2 teaspoons of vanilla

 

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all cake ingredients in one bowl. The mix should be really thick. Before pourng the batter into the cups, place a mini peanut butter cup at the bottom. Pour batter over top of it. Bake for 18 minutes, not a minute more. 

 

While cupcakes are baking, beat butter on medium until fluffy. Beat in Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Gradually beat in remaining in powdered sugar. 

 

After cupcakes are cooled, pipe on icing. Top cupcakes with Mini Peanut Butter Cup. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
